-town hall discussion regarding ETH/KDOE contract placement into a multi-signature and time locked wallet
-this action will allow for another step towards decentralization, transparency, and a “trustless” system; with an added layer of token security
-no single person will manage token contract transactions; function changes will require three of four key holders, and with a time lock it would take a defined period of time to execute an action on the blockchain
-need to find a balance between providing enough time to allow for people to react to a proposed transaction; but also not too long, since the team may need to react timely in some unique scenarios (i.e. protection from malice; and/or exchange requests)
-security concerns could be more readily addressed with a shorter timeframe and trust may be better demonstrated with a longer timeframe
-the contract will ultimately be renounced; making it unmodifiable
-a KIP (kudoe improvement proposal) will be presented on 06/26, via the DAO
-in order to participate in the voting process, users must hold GKDOE prior to publication of the proposal; GKDOE is automatically acquired by staking KDOE
-community ideas, comments, and feedback about the lockup timeframe are valued and welcomed
